Randy Aurandt, the Vice Chairman of the Blair County Democratic Committee died unexpectedly on January 4th.  A service was held Saturday, January 14th at 11:00am in the The New Life Alliance Church located in East Freedom at the former elementary school .Randy was a long term employee of PennDot. He and his wife Robin were precinct reps and very active members of the committee. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Robin and a daughter Rachel Allison( married to Randy) and a grandson, Elias. Randy lived his life supporting and defending the ideals of the Democratic Party.
